One of the stars of our “Entremet” collection, the Chocolate and Blackcurrant entremet is made with a lusciously light chocolate mousse and a fruity blackcurrant insert on top of a moreish chocolate genoise. The cake is then topped with a beautiful mirror glaze and adorned with wafer flowers.
