Our artisan lemon meringue cake is made with three airy layers of cloud-like sponge, and flavoured with vanilla and fresh lemon zest. That’s not all: it’s then filled with the silkiest French lemon buttercream you’ll ever eat and delicious swirls of homemade lemon curd. To finish, the cake is adorned in a crisp, golden Italian meringue. The cake is presented on a cake board and will be packed in a cake box.
